Last friday I was wandering Times Square and passed Sephora, of course I had to go in and check out all the new makeup and pick up a few things. Little did I know they had already released the Naked Basics palettes in stores. I had only seen these sold online on the Urban Decay website. I had been dying to get my hands on this since I had heard they would be releasing this 3rd edition in the naked family. At the price of $27 I had to get it!

I think this palette is a great addition to my little family of three. It is so compact which is great for traveling. It has the perfect amount of shades in order to do an everyday neutral look or even a night time smokey eye. I am in love with this!
The palette includes 5 matte shades and 1 satin finish shade. So it has 6 full size Urban Decay eyeshadows. If you already own the Naked palette or the Naked 2 palette then this might not be such a standout product but for me it is hard to do a less shimmery look with the other 2 palettes so the Naked Basics with all of its matte shades is perfect.

Cons:
- Similar to the naked 1 & 2
- Price can be an issue if compared to the other 2 palettes that are $50 for 12 shadows.
- The other 2 palettes comes with an additional item such as a primer potion, brush, or eyeliner.
* I think you can only consider those cons if you are comparing it to the other Naked palettes.*
