The Liebster award is given by fellow bloggers to new blogs with smaller followings but huge potential; it is a great way to find new blogs as well as support one another.

My answers to Cynthia's questions:

1. Favorite item of clothing? Distressed demin! You can really make an outfit look 10 times better with a nice pair of jeans.

2. Wine or Beer? It depends on the occasion, wine most of the time! But I do enjoy a nice cold blue moon when watching a Knicks game.

3. Best fashion find? While paroozing through a vintage store in the city I found this vintage Gucci bag for about $150.00, this was about 4 years ago. I still wear this bag from time to time, I love having it in my collection.

4. Favorite designer? Of all time, Chanel of course -- so timeless. As of the past 3 years I think Helmut Lang and Alexander Wang are more relatable to my current style. I love the look of pieces that appear unfinished or distressed but with very basic colors; those designers hit the nail on the head.

5. If you could own any item of clothing/accessory/etc. What would it be? Isn't everyone twerkin' for a Birkin?! Haha no seriously I'm currently obsessing over a Celine Trapeze bag.. I'll make it happen soon!

6. Where do you go to unwind? My room is really my sanctuary! Once out of work I come home and either watch YouTube videos, work on my blog or just read a book -- with a glass of wine ;)

7. Dress up or down? My go to look is usually a nice pair of jeans and some heels so I guess you can say a mixture of both.

8. Describe your style in 3 words: Edgy - Dark - Evolving

9. Top 5 blogs: These are the blogs I've followed the longest and continuously read: Brooklyn Blonde, HRH Collection, Song of Style, Damsel in Dior and Bleed for Fashion.

10. Best day in your life thus far? Not to be a cliche or anything but I think the day that I finally posted my blog was probably one of the best days I've had. I was flipping through my emotions as if I was flipping through channels; unsure if I should actually make this live. After it went live I felt so driven, one minute I was scared and nervous but then after all was said and done I ended up with such an overwhelming feeling of accomplishment. It is something I created and I put so much effort into making this the best representation of myself.

11. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? I love NY for all that it is but I do wish we had warmer weather, so LA would probably be my choice. I've never been but I heard that it is a very similar style of living and they have pretty much warm weather throughout the year.
