Long time no post! It's been a while since my last update and to explain my absence lets just say I'm still getting over the flu :( I've had it since probably the day after New Years; it hasn't been the greatest start to 2014 but I'm just trying to get over it and passed it. Since I am unable to film a new video or go out and take outfit posts -- lets face it an ootd in bed with pajamas on wouldn't be the most glamorous post. I think a little recap of my 2013 beauty product favorites are in order! I haven't gotten a perfect skincare regimen down so I'll be strictly sticking with makeup.
1. Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Treatment Concealer: Thee best under eye brightener I've found to date, It just makes me look awake and it hides any of my dark circles.
2. Make Up For Ever - Mat Velvet + Foundation: This has been my favorite foundation for the past 2 years. The coverage is amazing and it is great for oily skin! I've recommended this to everyone I know. It can be a bit pricey but well worth the price.
3. Benefit Hoola Bronzer: Matte + non-orange toned = AMAZING! I've been using this bronzer for years and no matter how many other bronzers I may have I always come back to this one.
4. Tarte Blush in Exposed: All of the amazonian clay blushes are so pigmented and easy to apply. This specific color is my everyday blush, just the right shade for my skin tone.
5. NYX Butter Glosses: Just go out and buy some, you won't regret it.
6. Benefit They're Real Mascara: This may not be my all time favorite mascara but it is my most used this year. This mascara lengthens, volumizes and the tip of it gets right into my bottom lashes.
7. Maybelline Master Precise Eyeliner: This liner has replaced line stiletto for me, I love it. It makes applying eyeliner super easy.
8. Naked Palette by Urban Decay: I have so many palettes and I use them all but this has been my most used. Out of all the Naked palettes this one is probably my favorite, it houses all of the colors I would use on an everyday look and I don't have to grab any other palette or single shadow.
9. Anastasia Brow Wiz: Where has this brow pencil been all my life? I discovered this product this year and I don't think I can ever do my brows without this. Hands down thee best brow pencil you'll ever try. Easily blend-able, great color range and even has an amazing spoolie brush.
